Welcome to Grants, New Mexico. Our community is located on I-40, approx. 1 hour west of Albuquerque and 50 minutes east of Gallup. We are surrounded by some of the best scenic landscape in America. We have three national monuments within 1 hour including El Malpais National Monument, El Morro National Monument and Chaco Canyon. We have 3 pueblos within 1 hour including Zuni, Laguna, and Acoma. There are approx 27,284 people living in Cibola County. There are 3,700 houses within our 14 square miles of area. This is the perfect place to raise a family, retire or just enjoy the tranquil scenery. Cibola Family Health Center is the newest addition to our community assets in late 2012. Cibola General Hospital is family friendly and offers the finest possible combination of compassionate care and leading-edge technology. The schools here provide an excellent teaching staff and administration. Grants High School  and Los Alamitos Middle School are two of the newer schools in New Mexico.
